Taught by the people
who build the systems.

KinaAcademy teaches from what KinaStudio has already built and shipped — live AI systems, deployed in real markets. What you learn in the room has already worked in the field.

Three Programmes

Each one ends
with a specific output.

Companies & Startup Cohorts

Idea-to-Pilot Clinic

The same scoping methodology used inside KinaStudio — applied to your problem. Half-day or full-day. Groups leave with a de-risked pilot plan: scoped, stress-tested on paper, and ready to execute.

Case Study · Idea-to-Pilot Clinic

From an AI idea
to a pilot you can run.

Westerwelle Startup Haus, Arusha October 2026 Two working sessions

The clinic set out to strengthen how founders and startups decide on AI, using the KinaLabs approach: start from the business decision and the value it creates, then decide where AI fits. Founders from tourism, cybersecurity, health-tech, web development and nonprofit work each brought one AI idea and worked it through the plan.

What they saw

Every workflow, judged by its business value.

We walked through the KinaLabs Decision Intelligence System live on a real case: a tour inquiry, from the first message to a booking. One workflow at a time, we looked at the AI agent deployed there and asked what business value it adds.

That moved the conversation from using AI to knowing what AI is worth, and gave founders a clearer way to think about AI in their own business.

How it works

From idea to first test.

Each founder filled in the plan live, while AI grouped the room’s ideas on the shared screen. The plan asks for the one decision, where a person stays in charge, the signal that it worked, the smallest version, and the date of a first real test.

Founders did all of this hands-on in KinaLabs Waypoint, our practice platform. Explore Waypoint →

What came out

  • A web agency dated its first test of AI-drafted scope-of-work documents, and will track client approvals over six months.
  • A tourism operator is scoping a tool simple enough for tour camps.
  • An NGO team chose to measure results, challenges and feedback before scaling.

Our Approach

Strategy first.
The tool comes last.

01

The curriculum is a deployed product

KimPax, AIBrief, the Pastory Index — these are the source material. Everything taught has been stress-tested in real deployments before it enters the room.

02

We measure what you do after

A CEO who leaves with one clear AI decision made is the measure of success. Our programmes end where it matters: at the action.

03

Every programme is built for your context

Agriculture in Tanzania and enterprise software in Tokyo have different risk profiles, data environments, and constraints. Every programme is designed from your specific situation.

Start with the problem, not the format.

Tell us what you're trying to decide, build, or change. The right programme follows from that — and sometimes none of the three apply, and we'll tell you that too.
